Our Story
From One Vision to a Global Operation
Quest 1 Production was founded in 2012 by Marcus J. Williams with a simple but ambitious goal: to build a production company that could execute at the highest level across every medium — video, broadcast, and live events.
What started as a boutique multimedia studio in New York City has grown into a global operation with projects spanning 30+ countries, a roster of world-class talent, and a reputation for delivering when it matters most.
Today, Quest 1 operates across three core disciplines — Multimedia Production, International News Casting, and Executive Events Management — united by a single standard: excellence without exception.

Founder & Executive Producer
With over 20 years in broadcast and live event production, Marcus founded Quest 1 Production with a singular vision: to build a company that could execute at the highest level across every medium. His career spans network television, international summits, and brand campaigns on six continents.
Diane Okafor
Director of News Casting
Diane brings 15 years of talent acquisition and media training expertise to Quest 1. A former network producer herself, she has placed anchors and correspondents with leading news organizations across North America, Europe, and Africa.
Jordan Reyes
Head of Events & Logistics
Jordan has orchestrated some of the most complex executive events in the industry — from G20 side summits to Fortune 500 global galas. His operational precision and creative instincts make him the backbone of every Quest 1 event.
